A remodeling company built around the client.
Who we are
Locally owned. DFW-based. Residential only.
We work the way we do because of how remodeling usually goes. Homeowners describe the same experience again and again: a designer who hands off to a builder who never saw the intent, a schedule that quietly stops meaning anything, and a growing sense that nobody is actually in charge.
Cascade is set up to avoid that. Design and construction sit together, so the person who drew the plan is accountable for what gets built. You have one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. And we take on the volume of work we can genuinely pay attention to, rather than as much as we can sign.
The work itself is residential remodeling across DFW — kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and outdoor living. Different scopes, same standard: design that starts with how you live, construction detailed to hold up, and communication you do not have to chase.
Why Cascade
Remodeling is personal. We treat it that way.
You are handing someone the keys to your home and a significant amount of money. What you should get back is clarity, craftsmanship and a team that treats the project like it matters.
Thoughtful Design
Your remodel should look beautiful and function beautifully. We start with how you actually use a room — where the light falls, where people gather, what never had enough space — and design outward from there.
Quality Construction
Details matter. Level cabinet reveals, tile that lines up at the corners, doors that close the way they should. We focus on craftsmanship and long-term results, not just the reveal-day photo.
Clear Communication
Home remodeling should feel exciting — not chaotic. You get a single point of contact, a schedule you can actually read, and a straight answer when something changes.
Personal Attention
Clients should never feel like just another project number. We take on work we can give real attention to, and the person you meet at the start is still the person you talk to at the end.
How it works
How we work with you
-
01
Discover
We learn about your home, your goals and how you want to live in the space. We walk the rooms with you, listen to what is not working, and get clear on scope and budget before anyone talks about drawings.
-
02
Design
We develop a thoughtful plan that balances beauty, functionality and budget. Layouts, materials and finishes get resolved on paper — where changes are cheap — so the build starts with real answers instead of assumptions.
-
03
Build
Our team brings the vision to life with careful craftsmanship and communication. You know who is in your home, what is happening this week, and where the project stands against the schedule.
-
04
Enjoy
You get a finished space designed around your life. We walk the project with you, resolve the final details, and leave you with a home that works the way you imagined it would.

Questions
About Cascade
What areas do you serve?
We work with homeowners throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lantana, Argyle, Frisco, Prosper, Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, Coppell, Denton and surrounding communities.
What types of projects do you take on?
Residential remodeling — whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, outdoor living spaces and single-room interior renovations. We do not build new spec homes.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes. We can take a project from first conversation through design and into construction, and we are equally comfortable building from drawings you already have.
How do we get started?
Send us a note through the consultation form or call. The first step is a conversation about the space, what is not working, and what you are hoping to spend — before anyone starts drawing.
Let's begin
Let's talk about your home.
Tell us what you are thinking about changing. The first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies a lot.
